He who speaks truth is wise, declares righteousness and promotes Health; but a false witness speaks a deceitful dishonest, fraudulent word, and it pierces like a sword!
An honest witness tells the truth, but the false witness will tells lies. He is so used to lying, that when he is called to give testimony upon any affair in judgment, he will declare that which is false and deceitful—having no regard to truth and justice.
